I Have A Seventh Month Lab. Would It Be A Good Idea To Get A Chihuahua Or White West Highland Terrier?

My lab is very friendly but hasn’t been around other dogs besides a stay at the vet where they gave her puppy play time with dogs her size. I was considering getting a chihuahua or a white west highland terrier. Would it be a good idea? If so which dog would get along better with my lab?
