Could it be some kind of stress?
    Urninary infection? ? ?
Something that has changed in the household?
    Diferent working hours?
    New family member?
Think if there is any thing different that has taken place.

It could be a couple of reasons:
*She could be marking her territory?
*Seeking attention, my dog is also perfectly house-trained but she pees in the house when I know she doesn’t really need to
*Or she could have a urine infection which will make it hard for her to hold it.
    Take care

First thing that comes to my mind is urinary tract infection, which makes it hard for dogs to hold their urine.
I’d recommend a trip to the vet.

Might be a health problem, where she can’t control it. Consult the vet, it could be a urinary tract infection.

it could be a uti, but only your vet will be able to tell you if its that. im not sure what else it could be
