What Do You Feed Your Dog?

Hi Everyone! I was just wandering what brand of dog food you feed your dog or dogs and what your daily routine with your dog or dogs are!
here is mine!
I feed my German Shepherd’s Wellness Super5Mix large breed Adult formula 4 1/2 cups morning and night. I feed my westie Wellness super5mix small breed adult formula 1-2 cups morning and night.
1. At 5:00am I wake up and let the dogs out for 30 min.
2. I let the dogs back inside and i feed them.
3. at like 5:30am or 6:00am I take all 3 of the dogs on a run for close to an hour
4. we come home and I finnish getting ready for school
5. I go to school and there is always somebody at my house 24/hr a day so they play with the dogs
6. I come home from school play with the dogs and we go on a walk
7. Dogs eat dinner at 5:00 pm
8. My GSD’S Compete and train in Schutzhund ( Personal Protection, tracking, obedience,) we do this 5x a week. Training is 5x a week but we compete whenever we can my GSD’S are Gaurd dogs and they are really good at it!

Congratulations I am impressed that you exercise your dogs that much…I love to hear from
people that value what their animals do when they aren’t around as well….My 2 dogs eat Origen food 2 feedings a day….similar to yours..We walk in the morning (winter) about 45 mins in the am then lunch time I come home from work and walk them about 20-30 mins then at 3:30 Im home to take them for another 45-60 mins depending on the weather. then they eat and Im home for the night usually….My 2yr old is in agility so that is 1 day a week…… I applaud you for really loving your dogs…..
I rotate between raw and grain free kibble with some canned, Right now he’s on horizon legacy and doing well on it, eating about 1.5 cups a day with 4 tablespoons of canned mixed in ( 1/2 cup +2 Tbsp in the morning and same in the evening), hes a 67 lb weimaraner.
I also have a German Shepherd
I feed her Orijen Adult formula food. 1 1/4 cups, twice a day.
My dogs are eating (mostly) raw meat at the moment, with some Diamond Naturals dry dog food mixed in. And they get fed in the morning.
That sounds like a good daily routine! As for me, I go for free feeding. I feed raw. Liver, mostly – still exploring the wonderful things mother nature gives us though.
I feed all 5 of my dogs Purina Pro Plan Lamb and Rice Formula
Bailey my pointer mix is high energy so she gets 2 1/2 cups (1 1/2 scoops)
Otis and Cookie my older Boston Terriers get 1 cup
Rosie my oldest girl (10) gets 2 cups
Tilly my 3 legged Pitbull gets 2 cups (only once a day directed by my work which is a vets officeif she got heavy on just 3 legs it would shorten her life by many years)
I let the 3 inside dogs out to the bathroom in the morning and i feed them when i come home for my lunch which is normally around 12… they then are let out in the evening when i get home (Tilly stays in a crate) then they are let out before bed
I feed my outside dogs when i come home for lunch and in the morning before work i make sure their water isnt frozen and if it is i get them fresh water (if its not i get water in the morning) and thats my routine
that is a great schedule for them. i love hearing when people take such good care of thier pets. i have a little weiner dog/beagle mix and i feed her good life for small dogs. i just fill her bowl in the morning when she gets up and she eats when she wants too all day. then before we go to bed,i give her a couple of treats for a snack. she also loves ice cubes for a treat.when she hears the freezer open,she comes running.I let her in the backyard every 30 minutes or so to go to the bathroom.I change her water twice a day with ice in it.i am with her all day so she has someone with her all the time.she hates to be alone.
