		<description>You can try making the food more appealing such as making it out to be more of a treat since it could even be that everything else seems to be more interesting than food. Also keep in mind dog behavior and the fact that smell can stimulate hunger and dogs are more scent oriented then people.</description>

		<description>I would ask your vet if there is any possible way to encourage him to eat the hard food, or if there is any other hard puppy food that will be more appetizing and as healthy as the other for your puppy.   Knowing Westies, though, they are pretty picky; at least mine is anyway.</description>
