well they are not the best around other dogs. my friend has one and he is very nice but he does not have other dogs.you should brush them 2 to 3 times a week.males grow to be 11 inches and 20 pounds when the female grows to be 10 inches and 18 pounds.it is rated the best of terriers as a hunter of small dogs.
they have compact body, a short wide head, not to short legs compared to the Scottish or Dandie Dinmont terrier, firmly erect small pointed ears, medium dark sparkaly eyes. the coat on it is about 2 inches long.
it is a excellent guard dog and a great family pet(if not with other dogs). it is observant and alert.
they have 2 to 5 puppies. there nose and footpads are pink at birth.the ears prick up before the eighth week .
Last of all they are very cute.

I think that they are great dogs. Friendly and cute. They are good at rabbit hunting. They do need regular grooming to keep their coat under control and it can be hard to keep them white. But it is easy enough to find a good groomer.

From a health perspective, they are the number one breed according to veterinary dermatologists, to have skin allergies, which can be quite severe. Make sure there are no allergies in the line of dogs that you are looking at.
