Training An 8year Old West High Land White Terrior. Please :d?

hey everyone, i was just wondering if anyone knew any tips or ways to help me house train my 8year old westie. he is sort of train, just a little, when he stays in my room he doesnt go to the ‘loo’ but when he stays in the kitchen he would lift his leg. lol he currently stays out the back in our garage, and i want him in the house more, becuase he is a house dog and he deserves to be inside ..
please it would be SO HELPFUL!

    You will probably find that he “lifts his leg” in the same place each time. Once a dog has marked a spot he will always go back there. You will need to eradicate every trace of smell. That means scrubbing with soap and disinfectant. If you are able, painting over is quick and easy.

    This is a difficult behavior to curve at this age. Try cleaning with bleach. Be consistent with punishment when he does it and maybe talk to a trainer that is willing to work with you one on one.
