Take her outside after every meal or when you see her about to "go". Point to the yard/grass/etc. After a while she will get it and when they get older it's easier for them to control their "Bladder problems."

The best way to train a dog is have a set schedule. Feed them at the same time everyday and don't leave food available all the time. Some people do the same with water. Take her outside to her puppy pad about every 2 hours like clockwork. This will help to train her bladder to go on schedule. Of course you need to do this at night as well but maybe not so often, get up like 1 or 2 x during the night. After you feed her or water her take her out side.
