Have you taken her to the vet to rule out a bladder infection or UTI? While you’re there, why not make an appointment to get her spayed – no messy heat, reduced chance of certain cancers and no unwanted puppies.

my dog did exactly this everytime she came into season she would wee in the house even though tne back door was open. sorry but there wasnt much you could do just watch her and if she tries kick her outside. (not literally) lol

    I agree with first post
If you aren’t going to breed her, spay her, as an unspayed dog has a 1 in 4 chance of getting a mammary tumour!
Maybe she has an infection? Call your Vet!
    Good luck!
