my mom has alergies, but there getting better so I need a dog that is fun, cute, doesn’t shed alot, easy to potty train, easy to handle, and likeable. is a west highland white terrier all those things

I think so, I have two. A word of caution though, they are stubborn and need obedience training. If you’re not up for investing the time to help your pup become an excellent pet, they aren’t for you. As for being smart, fun, very loveable and cute you’ll have a winner. Enjoy your Westie.
Westie’s are very funny dogs and do very unusual things. Yes Westie’s are easy to train and easy to get clean and Westie’s are very much a people dog and some westie’s can have an attitude problem. West highland white terriers are easy to handle also. Also westies come with a soft coats and also coarse coats. you will need to clip them and no the westies do not malt much only a little bit and it will not upset any allergies at all.
A Westie is an excellent choice for someone who has allergies. They do not shed and they are very loyal pets. Some describe them as “shadows” because they do not like to be away from their owners for long. They are very entertaining and intelligent little dogs. Very low maintenance – only the occasional clipping of their coat is necessary.
