You should get this potty training spray and you spray it where you want her to use the restroom..at Wal-Mart) Spray alot. Make sure you never leave her unattended. When you are home take her for a walk at least every 30-45mins that way she knows. Take her for a walk after naps, eating, and play time. When she uses it any where but outside pick her up and say no no(do this in a firm tone the moment she thinks your joking she’ll take control) get a newspaper and hit her on her nose 2-3 times…and then place her outside. Reward her for going outside.
Good Luck..I hope your new puppy learns.
Hope they live a long and happy life!

First you need to know that these small terriers can take a LONG time to house train. Our youngest Cairn terrier took ages – almost a year.
Housetraining issues come from giving too much space too fast. Keep her in a restricted space that she won’t pee in. (No paper) This may be a crate. When she is let out of the crate take her right outside and she should pee. If she does, give her a treat and LOTS of praise. If she doesn’t she goes back in her small space. Do not let her roam free inside (that’s the hard part). Very gradually increase her space size. If she pees in it, make the space smaller again.
This is a slow process. If you try to rush it you will never have a trustworthy dog. You should also try click training http://www.clickertraining.com/ to get her used to being rewarded for doing stuff. It’s a fun way to work together and get her used to getting praise from you. I would imagine that right now she’s mostly seeing your frustration.
    Good luck.

try to walk her and give her lots of exersize to get everything moving inside. take a piece of paper with u while u are out with her and keep putting down on the ground and hopefully she will go. she is stubborn so she will need lots of training. make sure she goes out right after eatting.drinking.napping,laying etc so the idea will click in that sje can do her potty outdoors. give her lots of praise and treats when she finally goes. good luck

take the pup out every half hour she will then get the idea to go out and pee and do what she got to do when she dose give her a treat and some love. Just have patience with the pup. I will still keep paper or pup pads down just in case of slip ups. good luck
