I’m not sure but a good way to find one is to go to akc.org find Westie under the breed list and you will be connected to the Westie’s American breed club where they have a list of breeder inevery state.
If you’re looking to purchase a pup, check out http://www.petfinder.com. I got my dog off there from a local shelter.
